This is not the Agentix AI at agentixai.com. A longer established and completely separate business trades under an almost identical name at agentixai.com and at agentix.com. Ownership, staff and commercial arrangements are distinct in both directions, and neither business speaks for the other or answers for what the other does. Anyone who arrived here meaning to reach that firm has the wrong address.
An invoice, a contract, a support ticket or a job application meant for that firm will not arrive by way of the address below, and there is no route from this inbox to theirs along which it could be passed on.

The five business day figure
Inside that period a person answers the question that was actually asked. Where an answer needs longer to assemble, a note arrives within the same five days carrying the date the full reply is due.
The thirty day figure
Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13 fix that limit for access and correction requests. Whatever identity checking a request needs happens inside the thirty days rather than being bolted onto the end of them. Should a request be refused, the refusal comes in writing, names the ground it rests on, and explains the route for challenging it.
Security reports
Money is not on offer for these. An answer is, together with a repair wherever the fault is ours to repair, and a public credit line if you would like one. Nothing sent in good faith gets treated as an attack or as a breach of the site terms.
If the answer is unsatisfactory
The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au, by post to GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 2001, and on 1300 363 992. Nothing has to be paid to lodge one, no representation has to be arranged, and our agreement is not required. In the ordinary course the Commissioner looks for the matter to have been put to us first, with thirty days allowed to run.
